What started as helping women in my own community through hard moments slowly became my life’s work. Watching someone find clarity, even in the middle of a hard season, showed me how much this work matters.
After years teaching Torah and Hebrew, studying psychology, and coaching Jewish women through real change, I found my purpose: helping women live with intention instead of just getting through the day.
I work with women who want to rebuild clarity, faith, and direction — not just manage another crisis.
Faith has always felt like the foundation everything else stands on for me — quiet, steady, and powerful when it actually shapes how you live, not just what you believe.
I’ve always thought that a meaningful life is less about doing more and more about doing things on purpose. The way you show up each day quietly shapes your confidence, your relationships, and your peace of mind. For me, Torah has always been the starting point for that kind of intention.
Before coaching, I spent years teaching — watching how people connect with faith, what pulls them toward it, and what holds them back. That curiosity became the foundation of how I coach now: understanding the person first, then building the plan around her.
Today, I help women simplify what’s overwhelming and get clear on what actually matters. My work blends real psychology with Torah wisdom, building a path that feels honest, doable, and grounded in your actual life — not just a good week.
To children, teens, and women across the world.
One-on-one sessions built around clarity, faith, and intention.
An experience that reshaped how I coach and what I teach.
