Life Coaching for Jewish Women

Clarity, Faith, and a Plan You’ll Actually Follow

Coaching with me isn’t about managing your to-do list better. It’s about getting clear on your values, working through what’s actually holding you back, and building habits that hold up once life gets hard again.

What Coaching Looks Like

We start with a free call. No pitch, no pressure — just a real conversation about where you’re at and what you want to work through. If it feels like a good fit, I build a plan around your specific goals instead of a template I use with everyone.

From there, we meet regularly. I’ll ask direct questions when they’re useful, and I’ll give honest feedback, not just encouragement. Between sessions, you’ll have real tools to use, because most of the actual change happens in the days between our calls, not during them.

Is Coaching Right for You?

You don’t need a strong Jewish education background or years of self-help reading to start. Coaching works well if you’re feeling stretched between too many demands, want a stronger connection to Hashem but aren’t sure how to rebuild it, or you’re working through something genuinely hard and want to grow from it instead of just getting through it.

Book a free call and let’s talk through what’s going on and what you need. There’s no obligation — just a real conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
